Special Groups at the Library

cub scouts

We have had the privilege of hosting an after hours special group meeting for the Cub Scouts.

To earn a badge they needed to tour a library and learn about conservation and how to help animals.

We were able to accomplish all of that in an hour here at Stone Memorial Library!

They were treated to a grand tour of the entire library. We read a shortened version of Holes which is about some small owls in Florida that some young people were able to save and we made pinecone bird feeders.
